Greenthorn
Redsleep is a flowering succulent with soothing properties when applied to scrapes, burns and other wounds.
Growth
Greenthorn is a stemless,green plant, with large, thick, fleshy leaves that can be spiky along the sides. Often found in large clusters of these leaves. Sometimes large, tubular yellow flowers can be seen growing in these clusters.
Habitat
Dry, dirt or sandy places, along dry riverbeds in the plains, or large rocky prespices with lots of grit. Can be found by the Summer Sea, upon the cliffs in the more sandy spots.

Uses
Used to soothe wounds and burns.
Side Effects
When applied, Greenthorn gives a cool sensation, and will numb pain, and soothe it. When applied to burns, it has much the same effect.
Physical Effects
There are no marked physical effects from the use of this plant, though the character may experience a cooling sensation at the site of application.
Other Information
Greenthorn is a bitter, sticky plant when chewed, so it is suggested that the healer splits the leave with its horn, and used its nose, or a leaf grasped in it mouth, to apply it, to spare the taste.
